Blessed Fables is a service designed for Christian families to create personalized, faith-based stories for their children. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of children and families. Our practices are designed to be consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Information We Collect

To create your personalized storybook, we collect the following information from the parent/guardian:

Parent Information: Email address (for account access and delivery).
Child Information: First name, age, and gender (to personalize the story text and illustrations).
Story Preferences: Chosen themes, character traits, faith-based values, and interests provided during creation.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information provided solely to:

Generate the personalized AI storybook with faith-based values (PDF and online version).
Process your one-time payment via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Send you the link to your completed storybook.
Provide customer support.

💙 Our Story Choice: We design our stories to weave Christian values, hope, and encouragement throughout. Your child's story will reflect the faith and values important to your family.

4. Data Retention and Sharing

We do not sell your data or your child's data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting children.

Stories are hosted for online sharing for 90 days following purchase. After this period, the online version may be deactivated, though your PDF remains yours forever. We retain basic order information as required for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you and your child. To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated story data, please email us at hello@blessedfables.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
